Faculty of arts Departmental heads participated in 1 day training on SMS held at the Coorperate Computer Lab, in the School of Computing and Informatics; Chiromo Campus. The training mainly focused on management of students Marks and in practical uploading of the results, verification and confirmation, while still maintaining Security and Integrity. The training was organised by the dean's office Faculty of Arts, the ICT director's office and conducted by the SMIS Team.

Exchange students from Northeastern University in the United States paid a visit to the Jomo Kenyatta Memorial Library (JKML), University of Nairobi. The College Librarian, Mr. Weche talked to them and thereafter were taken on a tour of the library by a member of the Circulation desk team.
